This agreement nonetheless covers all the mandatory provisions for an employment agreement, such as: i) Commencement; ii) Position; iii) Remuneration; iv) Review of Salary and bonus; iv) Additional benefits you may want to provide, such as a mobile phone allowance; v) Medical aid contributions; vi) Basic Leave entitlements; vii) Hours of work; viii) Specific undertakings in relation to employment such as confidentiality; ix) Termination.
