In the event you provide services to a party where you do not become an employee, you need to have the terms of these services detailed in a Consultancy Agreement.  This agreement includes, inter alia: i) Nature and conduct of the services; ii) Invoices and payment for services; iii) Confidentiality/restraint in relation to the services; iv) Duration and termination of the contract.
